We suggest arriving on Thursday 27th or Friday 28th May (or even early Saturday morning, 29th May) and leaving on Monday 31st. Of course, you’re very welcome to stay longer and make a holiday of it!
When you RSVP at a later date, we’ll collect your flight details and arrange buses to take guests to and from Kefalonia Airport and Fiskardo town centre. It would be super helpful if you could coordinate your flights where possible, so we can organise the buses.
There are also taxis and car hire available at Kefalonia Airport if you’d prefer to make your own way to Fiskardo.
We’ll be celebrating near the fishing village of Fiskardo, Kefalonia. As Fiskardo is a small, popular destination, we recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible.
We’ll provide transport between Fiskardo and the celebrations, so we’d recommend staying at one of the properties below, or as close to the centre of Fiskardo as you can.

Celebrating with us is the best gift we could ask for. We know it’s no small feat to join us abroad, and it means the world to us that you’re making the journey.
If you’d really like to give us a gift, we’d love for you to make a donation to a charity in our name instead. Two charities we love are Big Life Foundation , which protects wildlife and supports communities in Africa, and Plan International, which works to advance children’s rights and equality for girls around the world.
The shuttle buses will depart from the Fiskardo Centre car park (what3words). This will be the pick-up point for all shuttle buses throughout the weekend.
Saturday: Mediterranean Summer
Think linen, light summer suits and colourful dresses. The ceremony will take place on a cliffside with a short walk over uneven ground, so we recommend shoes with a sturdier sole.
Sunday: Beach Chic
Think swimwear, cover-ups, linen shirts, shorts and sundresses.
While we can’t make any promises, late May is typically one of the loveliest times to visit Kefalonia.
Expect warm, sunny days with temperatures around 25–28°C (77–82°F), cooler evenings around 18–20°C (64–68°F), and plenty of sunshine. For the wedding itself, we’d recommend bringing sunglasses and a light layer for later in the evening.
